It's possible to customize the fields shown underneath each document.

Is there a switch that I can use to suppress the names of the fields?

Thanks
Josh

Unforutnately we do not have any switch which allows to hide field names in Tags reasult page.

But, you can modify ASCX file (control tempate) in order to hide the names of the fields.

  1. Go to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\12\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\KWizCom_TaggingFeature" folder on the server.
  2. Open "TagPageListControl.ascx" file for editing
  3.  Find  <%# ((SharedUtilities.ListFieldInfo)Container.DataItem).FieldDisplayName%> text. IT is the place where the field names are rendered.
  4. Remove the code and save the file.
After you do all the steps the names of the fields should be hidden.

Hi Josh,

You can also customize your tag results page by clicking "customize this page" link in the top right:

You can change the paging, group by, sory by, and show additional fields in the results page:

Shai -- yep, I knew that -- it was the first place I looked to see if I could suppress the field names.

Thanks
